FOODSTUFFS FOR SPAIN.
Many thanks for your letter of the 3rd instant giving quotations in connection with the above matter.
I rather anticipated difficulties in regard to shipment and have been in touch with the Spanish Commercial Attache. It is possible that they will be able to make some arrangements in a British ship which they are likely to charter, and I am promised some information tomorrow. As soon as I hear anything definite I will get into touch with you.
I must also write you again in regard to the name of the person to whom the goods should be consigned.
On the assumption that we shall be able to overcome the difficulties we have decided upon supplies as set out on the attached sheet. Perhaps we had better not make it a definite order until I hear from the Spanish Consulate tomorrow, but I thought I would send on particulars today in order to give you an opportunity to see where
