Transcript	International HVT/AC/100 17th May, 1940. Mr. R. R. Stokes, M.P., Messrs. Ransomes & Rapier Ltd., Waterside Iron Works, IPSWICH. Dear Mr. Stokes, JESUS & JULIAN HICKMAN URRUTIA. I took up with Señor Lizaso, of the Basque Delegation, the points which you raised in your letter of 6th May, and I am attaching herewith copy of the latest letter which I have received from him. I am wondering If it is possible to give some employment to the men in the same place, as is suggested. We are very grateful to you for the kind consideration you have given to this matter. I think it would be helpful if you could communicate direct with the Basque Delegation, in order that any final arrangement might be the subject of discussions between yourself and the Delegation.
