Dear Sir,
I am enclosing a circular and bulletin received from the Surrey Emergency Committee for Spain & China Relief, containing various allegations concerning the treatment of Refugees in French Camps, and asking for a resolution of protest to be sent to the French Embassy. Before sending this resolution, I shall be glad to hear whether you consider these allegations are true, as I do not wish to send a protest against allegations which are not founded on fact.
