We the undersigned agree to join the S/S Ronin at Liverpool and work under our respective capacities for a period of six months on the following terms 
(1) That our wages shall fixed as follow:
2nd engineer £35 per month plus £5 wage bonus monthly.

(2) If the [event] ship is sold or laid up before the six month of this agreement, the ship owner or the master will have the obligation at the ship expense to repatriate the crew to one port of the U.K.
(3) After the expiration of this agreement, the ship-owner or the master will have the obligation at the ships expense to repatriate the crew to one port of the U.K.
The [third] 2nd clause also applied if the ship bound to a Spanish port.
