Trade Union Congress,
We have pleasure in sending enclosed copy of our list of Spanish and Basque seamen at various English ports.
We fear that the list may not be accurate as no report has been given to us about the wives and children of some of the sailors living with them.
Names and address of five others in London are also included. These sailors are not receiving assistance as refered to in our letter to the N.U.S. copy of which, we are told, has been sent to you.
When the necessary number of cards for evacuation to Mexico is sent to us from Paris, we shall proceed to have them completed by the seamen and to send them back to Paris after due consultation with you.
