With further reference to our telephone conversation of today's date, I am herewith enclosing you copy of circular letter sent to our Branch Secretaries in respect of the above.
On completion of these enquiries, we will make the necessary arrangements to deal with these matters as agreed by the meeting of the I.T.F. representatives held under the Chairmanship of Mr. John Marchbanks, the General Secretary of the N.U.R.
