Dear Comrade Schevenels,
CLOTHING FOR SPANISH REFUGEES.
I am enclosing herewith particulars in regard to three consignments of clothing which have been addressed to the Federation Syndicale Internationale, Rouen, for distribution among the Spanish refugees now in France.
In order to facilitate distribution of the clothing we have had each package distinctly marked, so that by comparing the package mark with the attached lists you will be able to ascertain the contents of each package.
The goods are due to be conveyed from Liverpool on the steamer "C.W.S. PROGRESS", sailing on Thursday next, 24th August, and we have arranged with the Co-operative Wholesale Society Limited for a copy of the Bill of Lading to be sent to you.
