I enclose for your information a copy of a letter received from the Secretary of N.A.F.T.A. 15 Branch with reference to a deputation to the Prime Minister with regard to Spain.
I also enclose a copy of my reply, and you will see from that I am communicating with Mr. Morrison on the matter.
I am sending copies of the letters to Mr. Middleton of the Labour Party.
