Dear Mr. Eden, SR. LARGO CABALLERO. I have received your letter of November 30th from which I gather that the Germans have made no arrangements to hand over to the Spanish Government Senor Largo Caballero or other Spanish Republican leaders. I am sure my Council will be pleased to have this information. I desire to thank you on their behalf for the enquiries you have been good enough to take and likewise for your promise to consider making representations should the Germans eventually decide on extradition.
