Somebody from your office telephoned the other day asking for a copy of the Resolution adopted at the Trafalgar Square Spain Demonstration on February 26 last.    I have it in my mind that the person who rang up was a Mr. Millar, but I may be wrong.    In any case, I enclose herewith a copy of the resolution in question.
