February 25 U.G.T. (Spain) send copies of propaganda material.
March 1	Ernest Bevin sends copy of letter from Nathans, which suggested that Spanish Government might be willing to accept proposals for settlement from outside sources.
Ernest Bevin sends copy of letter from L.P.T.B. regarding price of 20 N.S. type 'buses, which the Board had offered to Mr. Roberts.
March	The Partido Obrero Español (Spanish Labour Party), Irún section, asks whether they can send 30 boys and girls, between the ages of 4 and 6, to England.
March 6	U.G.T. (Spain) send collection of photographs.
March 8	Ernest Bevin sends copy of letter from Fimmen, urging 'go slow' on Nathans' letter (see March 1).
March 16 IFTU was asked whether they would be getting out the history of Spanish conflict, as decided by London Conference March 10-11, and to do this in as much detail as possible; also whether they could publish speaker's notes on Spanish situation; and what the position on the base hospital now was. On March 19, the IFTU said they were getting into touch with Adler at once, as to which Secretariat would draft history; that 'Bulletin' would publish details of Spanish situation, unless special speaker's notes were required; and that, for Onteniente hospital, 1,000,000 French francs had been allotted from ISF, very large contributions had arrived from Belgian organisations, and that the Spanish Govt. had allocated 1,000,000 pesetas for building lifts into and to rebuild part of the building at Onteniente (the latter had already been utilised).
March 17	From William Gillies, enclosing copy of letter to Belgian Foreign Minister by Camille Huysmans, regarding "August Cords" and Consul Cords", which have shipments of arms for Spain.
March 17	Telegram from Caballero acknowledging greetings of London Conference March 10-11. (Copy sent IFTU March 18)
March 18	To IFTU asking what arrangements were being made with regard to the children being sent from Spain to France and Belgium. IFTU sent information March 20.
F.& G.P. Committee notified of deputation (consisting of Committee) to Anthony Eden, on March 22.
IFTU send particulars of mysterious movements of YORKBROOK. We got in touch with T.& G.W.U. and the N.U.S., and the particulars secured were sent to IFTU on March 24.
