As promised, I enclose a note-paper heading of the International Committee of Co-ordination and Information in aid of Republican Spain.
You will observe that on the executive committee there are Victor Basch and Paul Langevin - whose names appear on most of the note-paper headings of the International Popular Front Committees - together with Jean Chauvet, who is the Secretary of the Committee of the Popular Front in France.    It includes Cattaneo, Secretary of the World Women's Committee, which is another United Front Committee, and Isabelle Blume, whose associations with the Communists is well known. Finally, there appears the name of Bonnet, delegate of the International Red Aid, and Buisson.
It will be seen that with one exception (a Belgian) all the members of this International Committee are French.
