I received a copy of Mr. Browne's letter from the Secretary of the American Friends of Spanish Democracy who had it from Mr. Loeb. I sent it yesterday to Mr. Oliveira, and asked for the necessary supporting information to be furnished - either direct or via this office.
This action is what Mr. Loeb asks for, and he might be told what has been done. I will keep in touch with Oliveira on the matter.
