With reference to the telegram from Spain which we forwarded to you, I am enclosing herewith a copy of our reply to the UGT, which, as you will see, merely gives the facts about what we have done after the bombardment of Almeria.
It was necessary to send a reply, in view of the telegram from Dimitroff to the LSI, published in yesterday's "Humanité", in which he is trying to use the Spanish telegram to make new unity proposals.
