With reference to hotel accommodation for delegates to the above Conference, I am giving you below particulars of some hotels for their information. Representatives are recommended to apply direct to the managements of the hotels for the accommodation they require.

Reservations should be made early, and, in the case of large delegations, the management may find it necessary to ask representatives to accept double rooms (single beds) for a proportion of the delegation.
