Mr. A.S. Wright.
General Manager,
The Kingsway Hall,
Kingsway, W.C.2.
Dear Mr. Wright,
HIRE OF HALL.
I have to thank you for your letter of yesterday's date forwarding the contract for the use of Kingsway Hall for our Demonstration on Wednesday next, 10th instant. I return it duly signed, together with a cheque for £34.13.0d being £31.10.0d for the use of the Hall, plus £3.3.0. for the public address equipment.
I shall be glad if you could arrange for two microphones to be available, and note with thanks your promise to let us have a plan of the Hall.
As explained to you over the telephone this morning, we do not wish to extensively decorate the Hall, but will probably put up half a dozen placards around the platform, and there are four of our official leaflets which we should like to sell during the Demonstration. I understand that Trustees will not raise any objection to this being done.
Yours sincerely,
Secretary,
Organisation Department.
Enc. Cheque £34.13.0d.
