Our National Executive Committee had under consideration at their meeting held on Sunday, 18th instant, the terms of a resolution carried by our Annual General Meeting with respect to the proceedings at the Conference of the International Federation of Trade Unions on the subject of the Spanish situation.
Conflicting reports continue to reach our Executive Committee on what took place at this Conference, and I am directed to ask you whether the General Council contemplate issuing a statement with respect to the discussions at this conference.
