that the Government will, during the next week or so
ACTUALLY HELP THE FASCISTS TO STARVE THE SPANISH PEOPLE INTO SURRENDER
This would happen if they agreed to the Granting of Belligerent Rights to Franco, which he desires in order to enable him to blockade Spanish Government ports.
