DEAR FRIENDS,
The Emergency Conference on Spain, convened by ten Members of Parliament of all parties and supported by a large number of representative people, was held in the Queen's Hall, London, on April 23rd. The response exceeded all the hopes of the promoters.
1,205 organisations, represented by 1,806 delegates, expressed their inflexible determination to secure instant material and political support for Spain, full freedom for her people to rid the country of foreign invaders and for complete national independence and freedom to shape her own destiny.
