CIRCULAR NO. 96 (1936-37).
TO SECRETARIES OF ALL AFFILIATED UNIONS.
Dear Sir (Madam),
"SAVE THE BASQUE CHILDREN".
Whilst the enclosed appeal is submitted for the consideration of your Executive, we would appreciate being able to get it into the hands of all your branches. Apart from the financial result this action might have, it is felt that the information contained would supplement the printed report issued in January last and so make widely known the work of the Movement in assisting our Spanish comrades.
If you could agree to despatch a copy to each of your branches we should be very grateful, please inform us of the number required for this purpose when a supply will be despatched to you by return.
Yours sincerely,
WALTER CITRINE, ) Joint
J.S. MIDDLETON. ) Secretaries.
