The Minutes of the meeting held on December 16, 1937, were adopted.
3. FINANCIAL REPORT
A Statement of the Receipts and Expenditure to February 1, 1938, was presented. It was shown:
that the Receipts from Contributions amounted to £1,691:16:3: and from National Demonstrations £3,432:13:11: a total of £5,124:10:2:
that the expenses of administration amounted to £158:8:3: and
that the cash balance at 1st February,1938, was £4,966:1:11:
A sum of £2,000 had been transferred to the Co-operative Union at their request for the purchase of milk.
It was reported that the Executive Members of the Committee had recommended the National Executive to make a grant of
