Minutes 26th July 38. 107 - SPAIN: It was reported that the Manifesto marking the second anniversary of the outbreak of the Spanish Revolt had been issued throughout the Movement and had received wide publicity in the Press. It was also reported that the Party had issued a pictorial pamphlet illustrating the 13 Points of Victory of the Spanish Government, as announced by Senor Negrin, the Spanish Prime Minister, which had been prefaced by the text of the National Council of Labour's Manifesto. Received.
