8 March Announced that the Committee on Non-Intervention had adopted a plan of control to prevent the landing of munitions and volunteers in Spain. This is to come into force on the 13 March.
A Council has been appointed of representatives of the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, and Russia.
For the purposes of control, the coasts of Spain will be supervised by the fleets of Great Britain, France, Germany and Italy.
The Committee on Non-Intervention is to proceed to the discussion of other forms of non-intervention, i.e., withdrawal of volunteers and financial aid.
