International Brigade Association.
You are enquiring about the bona fides of the International Brigade Association after acting in the way it suggested. This Association, which is in process of changing its name, is now under Communist control and is a proscribed organisation.
I note your Council wishes to deal direct with the French Government. I would have thought your chairman would have ruled correspondence from this Association out of order or in any case that your delegates would have sought further information before accepting the facts as stated in the circular letter which contained an already worded resolution which it hoped your delegates "would swallow".
