MINUTES agreed.
Place of General Council.
Schevenels reported that we had received a letter from the Hungarian Trade Unions saying that owing to the political situation it was impossible to hold a meeting there without the police being present. IT WAS FURTHER AGREED that a Conference of the Danubian countries would be arranged by themselves and the I.F.T.U. would be represented.
