1. MINUTES.
The Minutes of the meeting of August 31st, having been circulated, were taken as read, and signed, subject to the following corrections:
(i) p.3. line 3: a redundant 'a' was struck out;
(ii) last page: for "bad propaganda" substitute "hostile propaganda".

3. BUSINESS ARISING ON THE MINUTES: None.
4. CORRESPONDANCE: None.
5. REPATRIATION: It was recalled that at the last meeting it had been decided to send a delegation to Bilbao to investigate requests for repatriation. Mrs. Miller reported that the Foreign Office had been requested to facilitate such a visit, but no reply had been received so far from the Franco authorities as to whether they would receive a delegation.
