1. APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE: None.
2. MINUTES:
The Minutes of the Meeting of October 1st, having been circulated, were approved and signed. The Minutes of the Meeting of November 23rd, having been circulated, were approved and signed, subject to the following alterations:
p.1 (bottom line): After Senor Uranga's name: "by invitation" to be added.
p.2,1.25: delete : "the military authorities refused", the words being redundant.
p.2.1.48: for "of" substitute "to".
p.3.1.19: delete: "and subsequent shiploads".
3. BUSINESS ARISING ON THE MINUTES: It was stated that in the meantime it had been proved impossible to send a ship.
4. POSITION IN THE CENTRES:
(a) Reported that the Monmouth County Council had asked for a Minute stating that Miss Arne was empowered to sign leases on behalf of the Committee.
