1. REPORT ON REPATRIATION: The Secretary reported that Centres now informed Head Office as and when children could go back, and that under this arrangement 39 were repatriated on June 15th. The Secretary also reported that she had had a conversation with a member of the Friends who had been in Bilbao. He had investigated all the cases about which he had been asked, and was satisfied in every case. It was pointed out, however, that it was not a very easy task as the authorities were suspicious.
2. CO-OPTION OF MR MacCALLUM SCOTT: Resolved that Mr MacCallum Scott, Honorary Publicity Officer of the Basque Children's Committee and National Joint Committee, be co-opted to both Committees.
