Mr. E. Edwards,

London, W.C.1.
Dear Mr. Edwards,
CHILDREN OF SPANISH MINERS RESIDING IN ENGLAND.
I am in receipt of your letter of the 6th instant in which you convey the opinion of your Executive that they are unable, from their special fund, to make grants in support of the children of Spanish miners who are at present in this country.
I am glad to note, however, the active participation of the miners in connection with the homes in various parts of the country.
Yours sincerely,
Assistant Secretary.
