SAVE THE BASQUE CHILDREN FUND.
I am pleased to receive your letter of the 5th instant intimating the sympathy of your Council with the appeal issued on behalf of the Basque children and stating that you will endeavour to formulate some scheme in order to secure contributions for the fund.
In regard to the second portion of your letter, you will appreciate that the policy of the Movement is determined in conjunction with the International Federation of Trade Unions and the Labour and Socialist International.
