[11.30 a.m. Wed 7.8.40] Dear Mr. Tewson, A few weeks ago I arrived in this country from France and am now staying in London. As member of the National Committee of the U.G.T. in Spain, it would give me very much pleasure to meet you one day for an exchange of impressions. I know that you must be extremely busy just now, but if you could spare time to see me I should be very grateful. Perhaps you would be so kind as to suggest a day and time when I could call on you ?
