Sir Walter Citrine, General Secretary, Trades Union Congress, Transport House, Smith Square, LONDON, S.W1.
Dear Sir,
Enclosed please find copy of letter received from the General Workers' Union of Spain, issued apparently from the address of the Paddington Trades Council.
My Executive Council are anxious to do anything to assist if this is a Movement which is receiving the support of the T.U.C. Members of my Executive had in mind that the T.U.C. had set up a Trade Union Movement to embrace all countries occupied by the Nazis.
Any information you can give in connection with the General Workers' Union of Spain will be appreciated.
Yours faithfully, for the ELECTRICAL TRADES UNION.
Robert Prain
Asst. General Secretary
