			MR. MANUEL URRUTIA EGUISQUIZA.
The Spanish Trade Union Group In this country have brought to our attention the case of one of their members, Mr. Manuel Urrutia Eguisquiza who is resident in Milford Haven, and who is endeavouring to organise Spanish fishermen employed in some of the fishing companies.
We are informed that when the Home Office recently lifted the Aliens Movement Restriction this Spanish delegate received an extract from a Restriction Order, Aliens Order 1920, saying that the Movement Restriction in existence before the said measure is maintained for him.
We understand that among a certain number of Spanish fisherman in this area only four of them have received such a communication from the Home Office.   There are some 30 Spanish fishermen employed in the Company where Urrutia is working and there may be more Spaniards in other companies.
This Spanish delegate cannot think of any possible motive for this special measure against him or the three other persons of Spanish nationality subject to the same restriction.
The notification received by Manuel Urrutia Eguisquiza bears the following indicative references:
