GREAT FILM ---- THE DEFENCE OF MADRID.
Dear Friend,
Our committee, in association with Progressive Films Ltd, has arranged for a film to be taken of the recent events in Spain. It has been filmed and produced by Ivor Montagu and gives a graphic account of the heroic defence of Madrid by the Government Forces. Here is shown the shameful bombardment of the civil population by German and Italian Bombing planes, the great rally to repel the Moors and Foreign Legion and the glorious work of the now famous International Anti-Fascist Brigade.
The film will be shown, twice nightly, Monday December 28th and Tuesday December 29th in the
MEMORIAL HALL ... FARRINGDON ST. . E.C.
at 7. P.M. and 8.45 P.M. each evening.
In addition to the Film the Spanish Situation will be dealt with by the following Speakers,

One of the above will appear at each show.
The collections taken will go for Medical aid and supplies for the International Anti-Fascist Brigade.
