Dear Sir,
We send you herewith a letter addressed to Sir Walter Citrine, which we have received from Portugal, and we apologise for the delay in forwarding it to you.
Should you wish to send any acknowledgement, we can arrange for this to go through the Diplomatic Bag, provided that the envelope in which it is sent is unsealed or that there is an indication of the contents.     Any acknowledgement through the post would, of course, he examined by the Portuguese Censorship and might cause trouble for the recipient.
