Dear Dr. Morgan,
It was not till my return here after the meeting that I got your 'phone message telling me I was not eligible to come to a meeting for which you had pointed out my eligibility as a subscriber, and to which you had invited me to raise a matter, on which you had also invited me to draw up a report which you would submit to Sir Walter Citrine. You had also assured me you would not be used to suppress enquiry in the interests of a faction.  I can only say that your attempt to stop me coming to the meeting was an attempt to suppress enquiry, and that my non-eligibility whether as administrator of the 2nd unit, or as a subscriber of £5, which by the way has not been acknowledged, was an afterthought, which I am convinced did not emanate from yourself.
At the meeting itself you allowed me to be howled down by a packed audience for a non-provocative and legitimate enquiry, which you had invited me to make.  You had yourself stated you would take the matter outside the Spanish Medical Aid Committee, but when I made the same suggestion openly, you ruled it out of order.  My final query as to whether the
