MINUTES OF EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE held on Monday, October 11th, 1937 at 35 Marsham Street, S.W.1. at 5.30pm.

1. MINUTES:
The Chairman preposed that approved of the minutes of the two previous meetings of September 20th and October 1st should be postponed and the minutes be referred back. This was agreed to.
2. BUSINESS ARISING OUT OF THE MINUTES.
Repatriation: The Chairman reported that:

had consented to act on a small judicial committee, which had had its first meeting to-day. The following were also invited:
The Duke of Alba : representing Gen. Franco.
Father Gabana : representing Apostolic Delegate.
Senor Uranga: representing Basque delegation.
The Chairman further reported that the Duke of Alba and Father Gabana had not appeared. A letter of refusal from Father Gabana arrived too late to present to the Commission and was being forwarded on to them.
