We beg leave to enclose you here some pictures taken during the Sanitary Commission meeting of the International Emergency conference of July 15th.
We are sorry that you did not join our Monday trip to the civilian camps of Spanish refugees which appeared so interesting and convincing to Mrs. Caton, Mrs. Mc.Michael and Mr. Murray.
May be we did not insist enough on your coming but we are decided to be more "persuasive" next time you come to Paris!
