Morgan, T.U.C. Transport House, Smith Square, S.W.1. Dear Sir, In Mrs Kapp's absence, I am asked to send you a copy of the letter to Lord Horder from Sir Frederick Menzies granting official permission for refugee doctors to work in the L.C.C. hospitals. We are very gratified by this decision, and are making arrangements forthwith to place a certain number of the refugee doctors already in this country without occupation. Yours faithfully, Doreen E.
