Transcript	33, GORDON SQUARE, W.C.1. April 29th Dear Dr Morgan, This is just to thank you for your kind personal note about my resignation from the S.M.A. committee. Believe me nothing but health would make me do this - I gave far too much to Spain but I know I shan't be a fit person til the Autumn when I get my septic tonsils well out of the way & you want fit people to work hard at once. I hope I have learned something from you in the last year of the value of a conciliatory chairman. Yours sincerely Janet Vaughan
