Dear Mrs. Manning,
re Mr. Au Beck
Certainly I'll do what I can: and if I am referred to I'll do my best.
Is Miss Sparling sure that it is not a case of Tuberculosis? Why cannot we get him properly investigated and diagnosed? I have an idea that this has already been done. If so, the outlook is not good. His chronic stoamch trouble seems suspiciously like a secondary effect of Tuberculosis to me, but I may be wrong.
Are you standing for any of the vacant Parliamentary seats? Some are any one's chance.
Yours sincerely,
