I thank you for your letter of the 17th instant enclosing a Postal Order for Thirteen shillings, representing a donation from your Branch to the funds of the Dependants & Wounded Aid Committee - International Brigade.
I desire to point out, however, that the Fund which has been raised under the auspices of the National Council of Labour, viz:- The International Solidarity Fund: Help for Spain - resulted from an appeal which was made specifically for the Spanish Workers, and the monies collected as a result are
