Witt, The Joint Council of the Southampton Trades Council, Labour Party and Co-operative Society, Prospect House, 160, Above Bar, SOUTHAMPTON. Dear Mr. Witt, RAY COX MEMORIAL. I have your letter of the 1st instant, and thank you for the further cheque value £15. 0. 0. to be earmarked with other amounts sent for the above memorial. I have not yet heard from the I.F.T.U. what has been done with regard to this memorial, but as soon as information comes to hand I will not fail to let you know. I shall be glad if you will convey to your Council our great appreciation of their generous contribution towards medical aid for our comrades in Spain. Yours sincerely, General Secretary. Receipt.
